The product guide lives in Story Studio so it stays next to Wizard, Write, and Publish — one Help, not a second documentation site.

After you sign in:

Help — in the Tools panel under Helpers (on a phone, Tools is in the bottom bar), in the dashboard footer, and under Settings → Help.
Kestrel — the assistant on every dashboard page answers how-to questions about your book and the studio.
Support chat — answered by Kestrel and our staff in one conversation.
